Hi, I’m Carrie — founder of PlayMotion Kids, children’s movement instructor, social worker, happiness coach, and a lifelong believer that childhood well-being shapes entire communities.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with kids, families, educators, and child-serving professionals across classrooms, childcare centers, and the child welfare system. I've taught movement and mindfulness classes, created full curricula, led professional development, and supported caregivers through some of the most meaningful parts of raising and teaching children.
