Power Play is a high-energy movement class designed to get kids moving, grooving, and growing strong—physically and socially. Each session is packed with dynamic activities that build coordination, strength, balance, and teamwork through games, obstacle courses, creative movement, and plenty of laughter.

Yoga
Stretch, breathe, and play!
In our children's yoga classes, little ones build strength, flexibility, and focus through movement and imagination. Each session includes age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques — all woven into playful stories, music, and games. Kids might roar like lions, balance like flamingos, or stretch tall like trees as they explore their bodies and emotions in a fun, encouraging environment.

Dance Discovery
Our Dance program introduces children to the joyful world of movement through the foundations of ballet, tap, jazz, and creative dance. Each class is thoughtfully designed to nurture coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Dancers will explore ballet basics like pliés and tendus, lively tap rhythms that help develop timing and sound awareness, and upbeat jazz steps that build strength, flexibility, and flair. We also include imaginative movement games and storytelling through dance, allowing little ones to express themselves freely and joyfully.

Music Makers is a gentle, interactive class designed for babies and toddlers to explore sound, rhythm, and movement. Through songs, simple instruments, finger plays, and storytelling, little ones begin to develop early language, listening, and motor skills—all in a playful, nurturing environment.
