Q: Do I need experience working with kids?
A: Yes, this program is best suited for instructors who already have experience working with children or already have a children's yoga or fitness certification.
You don’t need to be an expert in every format, but you should feel comfortable leading a group of children independently.
Launch Lab focuses on helping you package, position, and grow a children’s movement business. You are responsible for running your own business, including supplies, printing materials, business set up expenses, and local operations. We provide the structured method, curriculum framework, and business strategy to help you build confidently and professionally.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for your background, we’ll discuss that during your application call.
Q: I don’t have a lot of time. Will I actually be able to do this?
A: This program is designed for working instructors who are building alongside other commitments. You can start with just one contract or one weekly class, you don’t need a full schedule on day one.
What matters most is consistency, not speed.
Each month, you’ll have clear priorities so you’re not guessing what to do next. The method training happens early in the program, and the rest of the six months focuses on implementation with guidance and accountability.
You won’t be overwhelmed, but you will be building.

Q: What happens after I register?
A: Once your enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive your Welcome Guide and onboarding details.
You'll complete a short intake form so we can understand your current business stage, goals, and market. This ensures our first call is strategic and personalized. You’ll attend the live Method Training and from there, we move into structured monthly coaching, implementation milestones, and active licensing while you build.
You’ll have access to all session replays and resources.
Q: What if I choose not to do the licensing later?
A: If you decide not to continue as a Licensed Partner, you simply discontinue use of the PlayMotion Kids™ brand name, logo, and curriculum materials moving forward.
There are no penalties and no pressure to continue.

Q: Is there a refund if I change my mind?
A: Yes. If you enroll and decide within 7 days that Launch Lab is not the right fit — and you have not yet received access to proprietary curriculum materials or the live method training — you may request a full refund.
Once onboarding materials and proprietary resources have been released, all sales are final.

the founder of PlayMotion Kids™ and creator of the Power Play™ and Music Makers™ method.
I’m a certified Youth Exercise Specialist & Children's Yoga Instructor with a background in Social Work, Psychology, and Business, and a deep belief that play is one of the most powerful tools we can give children.
