Q: Do I need any teaching or fitness experience to join?
A: Yes, this program is best suited for instructors who already have experience working with children or already have a children's yoga or fitness certification.

You don’t need to be an expert in every format, but you should feel comfortable leading a group of children independently.

Launch Lab focuses on helping you package, position, and grow a children’s movement business. You are responsible for running your own business, including supplies, printing materials, business set up expenses, and local operations. We provide the structured method, curriculum framework, and business strategy to help you build confidently and professionally.

Q: I don’t have a lot of time. Will I actually be able to do this?
A:  This program is designed for working instructors who are building alongside other commitments. You can start with just one contract or one weekly class, you don’t need a full schedule on day one.

What matters most is consistency, not speed.

Each month, you’ll have clear priorities so you’re not guessing what to do next. The method training happens early in the program, and the rest of the six months focuses on implementation with guidance and accountability.

You won’t be overwhelmed, but you will be building.

Q: What happens after I register?
A: Once your enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive your Welcome Guide and onboarding details.

Before April 1, you’ll complete a short intake form so we can understand your current business stage, goals, and market. This ensures our first call is strategic and personalized.

In Month 1, you’ll attend the live Method Training and your first group strategy session. From there, we move into structured monthly coaching, implementation milestones, and active licensing while you build.

You’ll have access to all session replays and resources inside the Partner Hub for the duration of the program.

Q: What if I choose not to do the licensing later?
A: If you decide not to continue as a Licensed Partner, you simply discontinue use of the PlayMotion Kids™ brand name, logo, and curriculum materials moving forward.

There are no penalties and no pressure to continue.

Licensing is for instructors who want to remain part of the brand ecosystem, receive updates, and operate under the PlayMotion Kids™ identity long-term. I'm sure you'll be excited to continue licensing as you begin securing classes and building recognition under the brand.

Additional programs (such as yoga or dance) can be added later, either through additional training or by hiring qualified instructors under your business model.

Q: Is there a refund if I change my mind?
A: Yes. If you enroll and decide within 7 days that Launch Lab is not the right fit — and you have not yet received access to proprietary curriculum materials or the live method training — you may request a full refund.

Once onboarding materials and proprietary resources have been released, all sales are final.

Because this program includes access to intellectual property and brand assets, we encourage applicants to use the strategy call to ensure it’s the right fit before enrolling.
